Wouldn't it be great to know that they were safe, always in one place and available for you to download or copy to your phone or another phone, in minutes, anywhere, anytime? No need for a computer, cables or complicated software either.

This basic yet fundamental need is why we decided it was worth creating a service to Save and Retrieve your mobile contacts for Life.

Like you, we are people on the move who love simplicity, freedom and peace of mind. We thought it would be great to take the initiative and develop the product ourselves instead of waiting on the off-chance that one of the mobile providers would do it. We also know you want an honest service that is user-friendly, easy to use, fun and does what it says it will do.

As we were designing it, research told us about customer's needs for mobile freedom, the freedom of choice to use the service across different networks and phones and not to be restrained by either of these two dependencies. They wanted other cool services like the ability to share it with friends and family, to notify their contacts of a number change and to send their contacts to their e-mail.

Customers wanted us to be different, and be upfront with them on whether Zootta would work on their phone. What if they had an old phone, would it still work? So we designed an optional phone compatibility checker, which checks every person's phone wanting to use the fantastic Zootta service, just in case.

We listened, and built just that, no more, no less, inspired by many who said they would use our service and loved what we were creating.
